Awakening of Power / The Adventure Begins

My submission for this year's Atomhawk Art Competition - The Adventure Begins. My idea was to illustrate a key moment, where the unassuming hero destined for greater things stumbles upon an object of ancient power.

Really great experience, felt like I was able to make some advancements artistically, and certainly growing in confidence - but damn there are so many incredible entries I've seen already!
